I'm not trying to dispute anything you're saying. I agree it takes 10 minutes or less to pull the carb on the DRZ. It probably takes an extra minute for me to pivot the subframe. I'm not saying it's necessary.Yes, clearly a second vent hose. Just like the vent on the left, it does not connect to anything. Just an open hose to vent the bowl to atmospheric pressure. The 2 hoses interconnect internally. Even the later Mikuni carbs with 1 vent hose interconnect to two passages internally. The variations on something as simple as a bowl vent is amazing.
