Rapier is always okay, especially if you want to keep DEX low. as you should've guessed from all the replies. Ice Rapier would be better though, since you'll have access to buffs as a caster. Buffs scale with the weapon's base AR, which is often higher infused. The Ice Rapier barely loses physical damage infused, so it's perfect for caster builds.
