The 300 page KA P/S doc is very good material to go over. However, make sure you do the AAMC section bank and review FL 3 as those are most reflective of the types of questions you will come across on test day.Im doing the OCD PS notes because i only have about 4 days left. I would say if you have time and you work better when given examples, 300 pg notes would be better for you. But if you are good with just knowing definitions and some examples (not all the words have examples), then the 100 pg would be more your style.

You can quickly skim the transcript before watching a vid to see whether you know the content already, or if it's worth a watch.
