I'm guessing that with a 2007 model your 48RE has some miles on it. When was the last time the pan was off.

P0218 is a fluid temp issue. P0988 is also a fluid pressure issue. The last 3 will most likely be caused by the first. You can't get it to work in any gear other than 1st when you start from a stop and 4th. That's what limp mode is. The truck is protecting what's left of the transmission. The codes have to be cleared to get it out of limp.
