Lifted my 2017 F250 Lariat Ultimate with a leveling kit from Wicked Customs in Florida. Great kit. Came raw of course, and had it powder coated gloss black. It is the 3.5" kit that allows the use of 37" tires as long as you have/buy the bumper spacer (per the kit manufacturer). Specs are 37"x22" wheels, -24, tires 13.50. No trimming needed at all.

That half inch up front won't make a difference whatsoever. The 2020 F250 uses a shorter rear block, looks to be 2" vs. the 17-19 3.25". That difference again, has no affect on 37's but might give a saggy rear look with 2.5" up front. You said adding rear blocks, if needed, isn't a problem.Received 110 Likes on 91 Posts.
