If I go the slower method, by choosing the program from the menu (TV Shows, By Network, D-H, Fox, Almost Human, Episode #), the shows will play for free. It would be a lot easier if I could do a search, but oh well. A few years ago, I experienced the same issue renting a movie and watching in HD. I stopped renting On Demand movies after spending so much time with a Verizon FIOS rep telling me to restart my STB, running a test, disconnect cables and reconnect, make sure all cables are tightened, etc. and having the same issue.
