Focused literally on the questions in front of me and did not deviate from my gut choices. Treated the exam as if i were just studying another set of practice questions. Ended up finishing this attempt in 85 questions, which was completely NEW to me. I did end up getting a lot of priority questions before It shut off, which I heard was a good sign. I think the UWorld questions were slightly tougher than the actual NCLEX questions, but not by much. As long as you feel confident with prioritization and basic patient safety, you should be in pretty good shape, as those concepts are extremely well-represented on NCLEX. Good luck!
