That's the correct spot, but I don't think cemu supports amiibo use through controllers, only through having the .bin file of the amiibos. If you own amiibos then you have rights to use the .bin files on them. You can use your phone as an nfc reader to get the files then load them in cemu.You use your android phone to write the tags and then they work as legit amiibo.
