Still have check engine light and misfire. Wondering if anyone had similar problems and what they did to solve. Or any suggestions on where to go next.

Just picked it up on 1-22. Seemed sluggish getting on the freeway as I was leaving the dealer, but I didn't think to check the CEL as it was fine the rest of the way home. (1 hour freeway) Took out for a drive next day and noticed same going up a hill from a stop. CEL flashed several times. Got home and read P0300.

Took it to O’Reilly Auto Parts, same codes except no crankshaft sensor code. So I took it to the Jeep dealer, they said they found the same code (no crankshaft code) but was not sure what was causing it.As I do. I go out to jeep and the check engine light is flashing, along with ess disabled light. And running on half the engine being injectors are cut off when it detects a misfire. So I cut it off and restart it runs with a small stumble but no longer in limp mode. As I drive away I get a cel.
