I have this issue and i figured out a simple workaround (using mouse driver) : So for example if you set mouse2 to trigger "V" on macro software/mouse driver then you would go ingame and bind attack to "V". Cons : can't use mouse2 as "mouse2" anymore but who needs it in pgr.
