I have used both the standard 5.6.0 Reshade installer and the Reshade Add-On installer, and I installed with DirectX 9. Use addon enabled build of reshade. Make sure you have a depth buffer selected. Make sure it's not reversed/upside down. mine isn't reversed and still isn't working.
