Of course EU4 is more difficult and completed because Vic3 is a completely new game. With 9k hours in eu4 and 500 in vic3 I can definitely say that eu4 is the more complex game with a higher skill ceiling, while the skill floor for eu4 is lower. The biggest (and sadly only) complexity of vic3 is the economy.EU4 is massive compared to vic3, so much to learn and pretty much endless gameplay. Utterly incredible.
