Great, i would suggest measuring the low fuel pressure to the fuel filter input and output to the high pressure pump. And then we will start from there. Ended up being a lgh, out of a cab chassis 2013, everything matched up other then one egr plug. Hey John, FYI I found out the injectors NEED minimum 1500 PSI of rail pressure to open, at least the LML with piezo injectors do, and I'd bet the older ones do too. I've got plenty of tips and suggestions for making it as easy as possible. I have a 2011 LML, stock except for a banks cold air intake, FASS lift pump, and Sinister CAT fuel filter setup. I started the truck up this morning with no problems. Drove around for about 20 minutes then went into the hardware store. I came out, tried to start it up and it cranked for approximately a half second then stopped.This switch is located in the suction side of the fuel system and it may induce a crank no start, hard start, or an extended crank. Observe the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor parameter with a scan tool The fuel pressure should be 200 MPa (29,000 psi).
