The gas station in SE West point would probably take a similar amount to clear, and has some storage lots near it for good loot. Currently have a base here, specifically in the spiffo's. It's not bad, but like others have said, you have to deal with large groups of zombies migrating towards you from the towns on either side.

You can set the gas station level from almost empty to full capacity in the options. In real life, petrol would be bad within 12 months if kept in stable, sealed conditions, 6 months if not sealed - Zomboid doesn't apply this, most post apocalypse media (books/TV/films etc) don't either.Blowing up gas station?
