So by killing sentinels, which you'll get a mino anyways once you hit 4 stars. So basically just kill sentinels. Once you kill all waves you'll get pillar coordinates but by then you should've killed a mino already.

Anomaly Nexus sentinel pillar missions are more suited to multi-play and not designed especially for solo play, but can be completed solo relatively easily, with the right upgrades and tactics.
