The Hellcat's grip is slightly thicker, some might prefer, some not. I like 'em both but the Sig just seems to fit me (medium hands) slightly better. It also has slightly better build quality than the P365 and has a trigger safety (like the Glock) making the Hellcat theoretically more “drop safe”.The hellcat is too small and has an ugly sight picture, definitely 365xl.
