Unique is a very good powder for the 16 ga. reloader. I have loads W/ 15 gr. to 19 gr. using 7/8 oz to 1 1/8 oz of shot. PB is also a good powder for low pressure, low velocity 16 ga. loading with light shot packages. I'm loading 3/4 ounce in the 16 ga RGL hulls with the gualandi 20 ga wad and remington primers - with 15.5 grains green dot.

Down range makes no wad specificlly for 1 oz. loads, but their short DRV wad, coupled with the longer STS case, just might let you load 1 oz. loads. DLM
